In today’s era where India wants to stand up and become a developed country it faces many social issues, which are directly or indirectly becoming obstacles in its development.

One such issue is the thinking of our male dominating society, which forces the women’s of our country to be in their homes and telling them that only men are allowed to get educated and to do job. Women are told that they only have to focus on doing household work and take care of their family.

Many people have and are trying to change the thinking of our society that women also has the right to get education, do jobs and live a life which they want to live.

Women empowerment and feminism are the two points which needs to be focused for raising the status of women in our society.

Women Empowerment refers to the ability for women to enjoy their rights to control and benefit from resources, assets, income and their own time, as well as the ability to manage risk and improve their economic status and wellbeing.

Education of women is very important as it can help them to realize their rights and make them powerful to fight against the society and change the thinking of society that women are not just born to do household work and take care of family and children. Women’s would make the male dominated society realize that women are equal to men. They can do everything that men can do, also do it very well as compared to men.

Providing education to every women of our society will help them to get empowered and face the world with courage and show that they can do anything.

Also it would help women’s to live their life freely and with respect and dignity in the society. It would help them to make their own choices and decisions which they think are right for them. It will help them to get equal social status in the society and have rights for social and economic justice.
It would help them to get education and be safe and earn for themselves.

Women of our society are equally competent as men and also they are even ahead of men. They are as talented as men are.
Women empowerment will not only help women to earn their rights but will also lead to overall development of the society.
It will decrease the domestic violence as women would be able to raise their voice against this.

Another thing is feminism which would lead to development of women and help them getting equal status in the society.

Feminism : Its the belief that women and men should have equal rights and opportunities.

Many families tells girls and women of their family that they should not go out after evening from their house’s, also they should not opt a career which makes them work up to late night in their offices.
This kind of thinking of families makes them think what is right for them.

Why such rituals are still followed in our society that every time when a boy is born in the family their is a need to show off that a boy is born in our family, such rituals are not followed at the time when a girl is born.

This thinking of society is in a great need to be changed and make them realize that men and women are equal.

For changing the thinking of society that women are more efficient then men, their is a great need that every women of the society raise their voice against this, but not just start accepting such things. And just cry in a corner of the room and saying to themselves that no one can change the thinking of our society.

Women’s are the only one who can change the thinking of the society by showing that they are equal to men.

Many feminist movements have campaigned and are still campaigning for women’s right. Such as right to get education, right to do jobs, right to vote as per their choice etc.

The women’s who are doing jobs also faces the problem of getting low salary as compared to men’s because the society thinks that they are less competent then men. For such issues also feminist movement have been and are raising their voice against this.

Many women of our country has proved that they are not less talented but are more talented than men. Such as

and many more have showed that they can do everything that a man can do.

Just their is a need to make the thinking of our society changed that women and men are equal.

Many women of our society have faced and many are still facing the problem of inequality.
But many women have proved that they can do what they want to do.

The women’s who are facing problem of inequality need to get inspired from the women’s who have raised their voice for their rights , they need to make themselves strong and fight against society for their rights.
